This used to b one of the best locations for cleanliness, service and quality food. I feel for the owner of this establishment, as all three of those qualities have gone down the toilet! The employees have taken over dictating wen or IF they even open, and the lack of enthusiasm is disgustingly obvious. Sad for us who loved this location. 😢

If I could give this location negative stars I definitely would. Pulled up to the location today through the drive-through of which there was a decent line, which is understandable for being dinner time. Each car in front of me sat at the ordering speaker anywhere from 3 to 5 minutes before pulling forward. The way the drive-through is set up you cannot see what’s a head until you were already halfway through the drive-through. And by then you already have cars behind you so there’s no escape. Pulled up to the order window no one greeted with our a “hold on a second,… will be right with you..” nothing thought maybe that the speaker was not working as it’s happened before at this location. So I pull up to the window of the drive-through, to see someone scurry back behind the counter out of sight, I waited another five minutes at the window thinking maybe they were busy, even beep the horn wants to let them know that someone was sitting at the window…. Nothing. Pulled around the parking lot, to find the doors were locked. The car that pulled in the driveway behind me pull into the parking lot as well wanting to go inside and see what was going on. What I’m assuming is a miniature get out of their parked vehicle at the end of the parking lot take his time walking to the door to unlock the doors to tell us that he is closed. I myself and every other car that was in that drive-through tonight wasted but a half hour waiting to find out that they were closed. No sign on the speaker no sign on the drive-through window nothing. When I pulled away upset as my toddler was upset that we were leaving without any food, there were still at least five cars waiting in line to order. Long story short even though the website claims that this location is open please call ahead of time to ensure that you don’t waste your time like we did.

Always has issues. Years of staffing and management issues. Says theyre opening at 1030 due to staffing issues. Still unopened at 1230. Closed at 6pm. This place is a joke. Food has been better in quality recently but if you know Stoughton KFC Taco Bell you know if one thing is better 3 things are worse lol. F this place and whoever runs it

Great super friendly, very patient! fast made! Even low staffed and have superb customer service! Glad I went tonight! Thanks taco Bell/KFC great time again. For running two different businesses and having to make two different foods is a task in its own, having patient is always well rewarding because I know there doing there best when it comes to trying to get us what we ordered and to get us along the way as efficiently as they can to help the next customer, customer service people don't get enough credit for what they have to deal with all the time, so thank you so very much for still working under so many different circumstances.
