This location is a nightmare where unprofessional and lazy liars provide bad customer service! A bank associate refused to exchange more than $500 (twenty bills to hundreds) claiming it’s a federal regulation! I called to the customer service immediately and they confirmed there was no such law/regulations! I do not recommend this bank, bunch of unaware hypocrites work here!

I went there to open up new bussiness account and the teller that work there gave us attitute and instead of helping us she talk to us very bad so disappointed and iam with us bank for almost 5 years this is ridiculousI'm really sorry to hear that you weren't able to get the help you were looking for when you visited, Emin.
