After waiting for an hour, I walked out without being seen. Office clerk demanded I sign a form on a computer device with embedded font that could not be adjusted. I refused to sign a document that I could not read. Office had no process to legally comply with the ADA (American with Disabilities).

I think I may have a rotator cuff tear, but the doctor just gave me steroids, no MRI, no follow up. I can't get anyone to call me back and I'm in a huge amount of pain. I've called and left several messages for Wendy, Dr. Northrop's PA but I can't get anyone to call me back. Go anywhere else.

In an emergency situation for my mother, Dr Myers accommodated my mother’s needs professionally and with beautiful care. The office staff was very kind and also professional. I will personally go back there and recommend anyone else who needs orthopedic doctor. Thank you Dr Myers and staff.

Not so much a friendly staff. Their smile seem a little forced. A lot of workers but very few working. I believe in always doing your best at whatever you are doing, I didn’t see that here. I see does staff talking to staff and people on their phone. This is a medical facility so I hope they realize that people need a confidence booster instead just a pad on the back.
