I often come to this store because it is close to my house. However, items and food are understocked, and too many homeless people, making this location unsafe and dangerous. I think the Store Manager should take these concerns seriously and do something to improve safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. These are not complaints but are some helpful suggestions I come up with

The cashier at self check took my EBT card out of machine and wouldn't give it back I had to get a new one. And so then I called the store the next day regarding my card the first call, I was put on hold and the second call I was disconnected or hung up on probably I sent my boyfriend back and they said I had to have the last 4 of the card not one time did anyone ask about the new. Or description of the lady who walked up to me snatched the reciept out and then my card saying I didn't pay for items . Which was untrue I was just doing separate transaction I was upset and ended up leaving the important stuff behind I came for in the first place. I called again was put on hold again no one came . Asy man was there he said he would ask theman ger. To. Talk to me, but the store manager actually declined to talk to me.

Very dirty. Very poorly stocked. Horribly rude customer service. I mean customer service is so poor that I often use a delivery service such a Instacart just to avoid going to this store. Over priced. Just a bad experience. I can’t think of anything good about this location except for the fact that it’s in my Neighborhood. I typically love Safeway/Albertsons. But this location is awful.

Late shopping so wasn't busy. Pick up some fresh flowers and fresh fruits. Good selection of fresh flowers.
