Today was my first appointment with Empire Optometry and I'm really happy with my move to this practice. The location is very convenient right by downtown Santa Rosa with easy parking. It's very nice office with friendly efficient staff. They have all the latest equipment and I felt like I was in good hands. Everything went very smoothly. They have a lot of really nice looking frames too.

Staff and Dr. Moore are exceptionally accommodating and helpful. My Husband lost his contact and did not have a backup. The staff went “to bat” for us working with the manufacturer to expedite the production and delivery of the replacement. Also, they are very good at reminding us of appointments and I never have to wait beyond my appointment time to be seen. And finally, everyone is very personable which makes the visits enjoyable!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Moore for a few years now and she and the office staff are great! Always friendly and helpful. It's an organized, clean office. We also appreciate the email and text reminders for appointments.
