Damian went above-and-beyond is an understatement. This is my first experience with the Floor Store. They will be my new go-to store for everything floor. Damian recommended the perfect products to eliminate height issues and was proactive in lining up an alternative for potential covid delays. Hank managed the install, which went seamlessly and finished ahead of schedule. The floors are stunning, I couldn't be happier. A shout out to the entire install crews! i would love to recommend The Floor Store Santa Rosa! From the knowledgeable sales person, Damien, to the superb install department, headed by Hank, and expertly backed up by Leonardo and crew, I cannot say enough positive things.With an older house, nothing is easy to do here, but I got a fabulous looking Floor-Tek floor installed in the master bedroom. These guys overcame the obstacles and hung in there with me and got the job done. it was done right, is warranted by the manufacturer, and i could not be happier with the clean, expert work. We had a great experience working with The Floor Store. They were able to schedule an estimate visit far sooner than other providers we were talking to and scheduled the install shortly thereafter. Gustavo (the installer) was great. He spent the time to go over the different patterns he could do and set up examples of how they looked in our office space. Gustavo also did a great job with a underfloor hatch we needed accommodated. I will recommend The Floor Store to my friends.

Had a great experience at the floor store right from start. I wanted the entire house done in one continuous flooring. Michael Byrd came out to measure the rooms and help with my choice of laminate. I was kept informed of the order and the install dates. Gustavo and Damien were the installers and they were fabulous. They were clearly accomplished professionals. They had to make adjustments, problem solve quirks in our floor and layout and did this with a good spirit making sure that we were pleased with every aspect of the job. I think their work was superior and I’d recommend them to anyone.
