I'm fairly certain this is a waste removal site that is open to the public. It seems you're looking to recycle for profit, and that's what this place is not. It is simply a waste and hazardous waste drop off.
Thursday through Saturday the hazardous waste area is open to public. The staff there are stellar, friendly, and accommodating. Just follow the signs to the building and be prepared to not get out of your car, they are real sticklers about the public staying in their vehicles.
No recycling facilities at the 2300 county center address. County offices for Transportation and Public Works.
Who is answering these questions? And what is the date they were submitted? Site is seriously lacking any help.
