I've been a bank customer with Wells Fargo for 30 years. My checking account balance is foolishly high. Direct deposit and credit lines for 30 years. My appointment window to send a simple wire was open for the entire morning on the next business day. Wells Fargo Branch Manager Michael Mcghee in Ashland could not help me with that appointment. Now I must travel to Medford with hopes to get the appointment. Such a sad business model where a client can not be the Banks priority. rather it is always the bankers that require the priority.

Horrible company in general. They make the news regularly in the worst ways. But I'm reviewing the local branch. I was just in getting change for my business that has been banking at WF for a decade and when finished I asked to use the restroom. I Was told no that there is mio restroom for me. No problems holding my tens of thousands of dollars but I can't relieve my bladder. More shame on you wells. :(

I used to bank here. No complaints about service, the staff was really nice even as I was leaving them for a credit union. My favorite part is the architecture. The overhang out front is a good place to stay out of the sun while watching a parade.
