Service is slow. Fries tasted old. Like refried after getting cold. Potatoes shouldn’t be tough. Chicken sandwich was good though and the only reason why this place gets any stars. The sauces were out at the condiment counter. The store itself was dirty and unkept. Guy at the front counter wearing a dirty face covering kept touching his face and then the computer, not to Sanitary.

Ordered at the drive thru and received the dregs of the fry basket that were overcooked and crinkle cut mixed with curly fries... I ordered crinkle for a reason. Then my regular fish sandwich was a spicy fish sandwich that I couldn't even eat. To top it off I tried to call and no one answers the phone. I live 30 minutes from town and can't just stop back by. It will be a long time before I eat here again.

I've quite literally never had a better experience at any other drive thru. Ramon was an absolute delight I had never laughed so hard. His customer service is genuinely the best I've seen in a long time that man deserves a raise or at least some recognition!!!! If you're reading this Ramon , keep on doin on and I still owe you a mozzarella stick you're a real one 🙌🙌🙌

Terrible experience! Lobby is closed and no carryout. No one will pickup the phone to let me order. Drive through line goes all the way around the building and to the street! Open your lobby or at least allow carryout or even curbside! This is ridiculous for truckers!
