I recently moved to Coeur D'Alene and brought with me, my treasured antique schoolhouse clock that my grandfather gave me many years ago. It had been packed by a professional antique repair person in Sacramento, but I didn't know how to put it back together. I looked online and found The Purple Clock Shop. Eric was so easy to work with, and very considerate, working with my sometimes unusual substitute teaching schedule. He came and picked up the clock, cleaned it, and put it back together before delivering it to my home. My clock is well over 100 years old, and Eric treated it as carefully as if it were his own. It has never looked nor run better than it does now. He gave me easy to follow instructions to keep the clock running perfectly. His prices were more than reasonable for the work he does. He kept me appraised of the progress on the clock repair and cleaning during the time it was in his care and never did anything I didn't authorize. I will definitely use his service again, and I can't recommend him highly enough. My house sounds and looks like home again with my clock up on the wall and I think my grandpa is smiling.
