There are certainly shops I prefer in Bellingham over Cascade however I will say that the majority of the staff are super solid on a personal level. The downside I see in the shop mostly lies in how busy it can get. I do tend to feel rushed at Cascade more so than any other shop in town, I would never say that any staff there had anything to do with me feeling rushed it probably just has to do with how busy it gets. Product wise they definitely have some great price points, if you're looking for super dank maybe shop around but if you're looking for a bomb deal on a worthy ounce or some pre-roll packs this might be your stop.

Yes they do but it is treated like an atm purchase instead of regular debit card purchase. The fee was $4.50 the time I used it.

Yes this is a well stocked shop. It's very pleasant to be there, the staff is great and very knowledgeable of product lines. Last but far from least the place smells great...
That's exactly right. Anyone 21+ can purchase, and medical patients under the age of 21 with proper paperwork can also purchase. Medical patients do not pay any sales tax on cannabis items.
