Customer service was pleasant, food was not. Got the fish meal. The fish patty is now square, it was overdone and waiting too long. One tiny piece of lettuce, one pickle... just one. For the price that they raise their meals to, it wasn't fair compensation.

Everything was great! I met a friend for lunch and to talk about insurance and had a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. I didn’t have wait for anyone to take my order, they were waiting on me. My food came out quickly and was awesome. I ordered the bacon whopper melt and I though it was very good. The only down fall, the burger patties could have been bigger. All things considered I will definitely go again.

first thing we ordered was a double cheeseburger, then my friend put his order in and i asked for the double cheeseburger to be plain. the guy says “we already made it, do you want them to make another one?” and i’m like yes please but he insists we pay for the second one even though we hadn’t finished ordering. at first we had no problem with that but the guy was just SO rude. eventually i ended up stating that we hadn’t finished ordering so i don’t understand why i’m being forced to pay for the second one, just asked a simple question. the guy goes “okay i’m refusing to serve you pull away” like ??? my mom has had MANY bad experiences with this burger king and has actually called corporate on the manager in the past. this manager is the rudest manager i have ever met and really just doesn’t care. replace him and maybe this place could be a little better.

I would like to share many experiences that I have had with a worker at burger king, actually I think she is an assistant manager. She has no personality and treats you like you are a big burden to her. No hi or thank you just a mean looking face. Maybe if she doesn’t like people or her job she should go elsewhere!
