The Lodges. Yes, yes, and yes again. If you're looking for a peaceful Gettysburg retreat here's the place. Each cabin is beautifully appointed and the staff wonderful. The view is stunning, location close to all the historic sites but far enough away from the crowds. They have a cozy restaurant and offer brunch on special occasions. Newcomers to the Gettysburg area can book a package that will take you on fun adventures. Please note that this isn't a campground but rather luxury cabins. See ya there!

We've been looking at "The Lodges at Gettysburg" for 2 years. We finally decided to just do it! I know that there is a main lodge here, but we very much wanted our own cottage...with a covered porch overlooking the battlefields of Gettysburg. And lots of space between the cottages. Each building is dedicated to the battle of Gettysburg soldiers from a particular state. Ours is Michigan. So inside each cottage is a plaque of information concerning that particular state. Lots of parking. Big, beautiful rooms. Covered porches. Updated bathrooms. Kitchens with microwaves and Keurigs and an actual working refrigerator. There is a restaurant on premises for dinner...and baskets of breakfast items that can be delivered to your cottage.

We have nothing but great things to say about The Lodges at Gettysburg! Beth and her team made our day a dream. They listen to your every need and make your dreams come true. When we first saw the property, we knew that we would be saying our vows down by the lake. The amenities are perfect for small or large weddings. We had our welcome dinner, ceremony, and reception onsite. The food was amazing, the packages are fairly priced, the lodging was very accommodating for our out of town guests, the views are tranquil, and the staff is beyond helpful. We never had a doubt that our day would be short of amazing.

We stayed at the Ohio lodge. The room was spacious and very clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The food and drinks at the restaurant were great and the bartender was excellent. Short drive to town. Beautiful views and quiet atmosphere. Will stay there again!
