The inspector went into the attic where we had heard the pests, returning with pictures of the Rodent droppngs and urine and the rat tunnels in our insulation in the attic. They were able to start the job the very next day and spent an entire day going through the attic and crawl space locating and screening off all rodent entry points. The technicians themselves were very neat, clean and professional. Subsequently, they have returned to service the traps they set to catch and eliminate any rats still caught in the attic and crawl after the attic and crawl space had been screened off. Since having their service we haven't seen as many rats outside nor heard them in the attic. I would recommend this company without hesitation. I have found their staff to be courteous, professional and attentive.

After two unsuccessful and frustrating attempts at getting rid of rates in the attic-with other companies-called rodent stop- were pricey but did a great job-including cleaning the attic from the mess. With a lifetime warranty, have peace of mind, would highly recommend

We live on the edge of a brush area and had looked for rodent abatement which worked for over a decade. Nothing worked before Rodent Stop. Sealing out mice and rats is not easy. But Rodent Stop continued coming out until they achieved success. About 8 visits in total; always responding within days of a call. We've now gone over a year with no entries into the house. They honor their guarantee. Their people are very professional.

We live on the fringe of the Santa Monica Mountains and coexist with all the critters in the wild. We were plagued by rodents. They destroyed plants, our vegetable garden, ate the fruit out of our trees before we could enjoy any of it, gnawed on drip irrigation plumbing, electrical wiring, automobile insulation and wires and ate their way into our home’s walls, the ceilings and even into our. furniture. They ate a portion of a $8,000 Antique Oriental Rug, destroying it. We tried common exterminators, traps, sonic devices, you name it. We then tried Rodent Stop. The cost gave us pause but we bit! Their tram spent the better part of a week on the property removing nests, rodent feces, cleaning crawl spaces, opening walls, ceilings and storage areas, removing soiled insulation and replacing it, restoring drywall and wainscoting and getting gnawed wiring repaired. The infestations ceased. We had a couple of follow on issues with re-invasions under the house but Rodent Stop responded immediately, closed the missed holes, set traps, caught the invaders and dispatched their carcasses straightaway. We have some minor activity externally but compared to the original situation, it’s manageable. Rodent Stop does what they say they will do. I recommend you consider their solutions.

Well, my original quote made me cry. But, like I said they will negotiate. I went into it thinking it could as 'expensive' as $3500. Let's just say we met somewhere in the middle. It all depends on the severity of the infestation. You may also be eligible for an LADWP rebate. They give you all of the necessary documentation to apply. However, I will say that a recent notification from LADWP suggests that they may want it in a very specific format. I'm about to try to confirm this.
Ours was extreme but, they will negotiate.
Hi Joshua! Yes, we absolutely are! Under the company name-Rodents Stop. Lic # 7058 through the Structural Pest Control Board. Easiest way to find our info is to go to the license lookup (through the SPCB) and search by company name-we'll pop right up! :)
The woman that came to my house used the most ridiculous scare tactics in order to try to get me to pay $4500 for a "rat" problem. She claimed they found new droppings, the guy barely looked through my attic by the way, and claimed they were rat droppings. This company also uses glue traps which is one of the most inhumane ways to kill animals. I had two separate companies come to do an inspection after this company and they both told me that I had mice and not rats, they also told me that the droppings in my attic where quite old despite what the woman from Rodent Stop told me. I am SO glad I told Rodent Stop to get out of my home. What they are charging is an absurd amount of money - they should be ashamed of themselves for price gauging in times like this. Go with a family owned company - these people are scammers.
No, i'm sorry, at this point we don't go that far.
