Mixed experience. One person there must hate their job (the office), another super helpful and considerate (person that brought out our order). Maybe just caught the person on a bad day. Very happy about the packaging and service otherwise.

The best meat processor I have ever used. We have been getting meat processed here for at least a decade and have always been happy with it. Luke has not missed a step from Randy.

Fast service, got my meat back in three days as sliced jerky, pressed jerky, pepperoni sticks, and breakfast sausage. Sliced jerky is great, along with pepperoni sticks. Disappointed with the pressed, had better at my previous butcher. Breakfast sausage is great, but wish they packaged it in smaller portions. With that said, I will go back again.
