I absolutely love this place. We moved here in 1960 and I don't know when we first start eating Gem Meat hot dogs. 💕 The receptionist is so helpful everybody is so friendly. It has never changed.

We always buy Gem Frank's, but the last time we purchased them they seem mushy, like the meat is pureed. Did you change the recipe?

Where can I buy the little basque chorizos? We used to drive to Glenns Ferry to get them then we found them at all the local Paul's around Boise/Meridian. My wife just found them at a specialty meat store XXXXXX and they were double the price.

You can actually buy the Basque chorizo in the meat department near the top of the sausages they are labeled gem Meats

Yes they do. Bacon can be a slab or already sliced in 15lb boxes. Hams whole or half bone in our out.
