They won't refund the money if the machine breaks downHi, Thank you for the review. We are sorry that you are unhappy with our refund policy. If a machine breaks down and you fill out a blue refund card and mail it to our office, once we verify that the machine is broken we will refund you your money plus your postage. The process takes about 1-2 weeks.

How busy is it on Sundays? am or pm busier? Also, how much to wash? dry? Anything I need to be aware before using washing machines or dryers (i.e. uses only debit cards or ?) Thanks!

Very busy. Come early as they open at 7 am. Washes cost from about $3.00 for 20# to about $6.00 for a 60# wash. They take cash or credit/ debit on washing machines and dryers. They also offer a loyalty buy 9 get 1 wash free as a loyalty program ( see sign in store for details). Ample parking and very clean
