Safe community. Maintenance issues get resolved quickly. Kitchen is tiny though. Appliances, while new, are too big for the tiny space. You can’t open the silverware door because it hits the oven handle. In order to access the silverware, you have to open the oven door first. If you want to open the refrigerator, you have to move to the side. Only one person can stand in there at once. Cooking can be a nightmare because there is no ventilation; you have to make sure the patio door is open if you cook, otherwise, the smoke alarm goes off at the slightest amount of smoke. Also, there is no microwave. You provide your own, which wouldn’t be a big deal if there was actually any counter space for one. There is no ventilation in the bathrooms either. Fans are in there, but they just make a lot of noise.

It might not be the newest and have top notch amenities like other apartment complexes in the area, BUT the staff is amazing. Our leading agent Ashleigh is wonderful and was super friendly! The other ladies in the office are also so wonderful and helpful. Our neighbors are friendly and overall it’s a great experience living here. We love the all the big old trees throughout the complex and it’s dog friendly. The surrounding area and location is also perfect! 10/10 recommend.

Our first apartment and we are super satisfied so far! The process of leasing was a breeze. Ashleigh was AMAZING and she's a huge part of all of this. She made our first time experience great and her attitude is great as well. Our place is nice and cozy. Only thing! Weve had some bugs (normal,) some stuff were dirty I.E the kitchen counters but I cleaned them, and the closet has a crack in the mirror. No big issues. Things we can easily (hopefully) get taken care of. I love living here so far actually. We got a garage as well and it's very spacious. Parking is a little hassle but nothing extremely huge since this is a small complex and I completely enjoy the small complex. I'm excited to live here and make this my home. Thanks yall!
