Been waiting almost an hour for a bus!! Called and get a voice mail! Terrible service!

Easy, quick both on departure & arrival, great prices, very nice station, extremely friendly & helpful, patient customer service from the information desk, ticket booth & both bus drivers. Prompt & quick, safe driving to & from LAX. Parked in their parking lot for a week. My car was fine. I payed online & the gate opened up for me upon arrival & departure. Arrive early, though. I did have to circle looking for a spot! Tip your driver! It’s a really great bargain & easy peasey.
