The first time we boarded our dogs for a long weekend both came home dirty. Okay whatever we gave them a second chance. At drop-off this time my female dog was afraid of the older guy which i found very weird Because both my dogs are very outgoing & love people. When I picked up this time both had fleas & diarrhea. Never Again

First and foremost, the employees here are incredibly nice, Sunny (owner) has always been kind and accommodating up until this point. I dropped my dog off for boarding with Sunshine on Jan 6 for an 11 night, I had left his prong collar on (typically they give me back his leash and collar before I leave) which I use for walking and training. The kennel staff never noticed my dogs prong collar and they never removed it. On 1/14 I received a call from Sunny saying they had to use bolt cutters to remove the collar because it was imbedded in his neck (the collar has a clip), they had attempted to take him to a vet but it was Saturday and the vet was closed (as if there are no emergency vets). I myself was still a minimum of 4.5hrs drive away from Philadelphia and the best I could do was pick him up the next day. When I brought him to the ER vet he needed to be sedated, at which point they discovered 2cm deep punctures and some necrosis. I paid my kennel bill when I picked my dog up and you can see from the text exchange Sunny and I had she is very defensive and downright rude. All of my dogs collars can fit at least 3 fingers under them, the prong collar was never too small as it is supposed to sit high on the neck (which any trainer would know), so it had slid down his neck making it incredibly tight and then for 8 days and night he slept and did everything with it. My dog and I loved this place, the pool, the staff, the boarding all of it, I recommended this place to lots of family and friends and I would drive 1.5hours to board my dog here. Be ware, they aren’t paying attention to the dogs in their care and when you attempt to find a reasonable resolution Sunny will berate and chastise you. I will NEVER be back and I would advise anyone looking for a kennel you RUN from this place.
