I enjoyed the layout. The course is in good condition, except tee boxes. Not sure why most had little to no grass. Price is too steep for overall condition.

The course is not cart path now as recent conditions have been dry. You can always contact the course for current path rules.
Nor sure Both times I've played it the greens had just been punched, but the course was in great shape
