Rate is better than most but it shows in quality of work and communication. "I'll get it done in no time.... My workers just came back after money came in... my back... vacation. Now covid in Arizona!" If the communication was better right in the beginning, telling you're busy and it will be a few months and write down what the customer asks to do, I think it'll be a great business. Thought this was going to be my go to place for annual maintenance, winterization, everything. Even on top of the hour drive to get there when there's J&B right around the corner from me... a shame!
