i came here yesterday with my friend & when we first came in the store the cashier didnt greet us or anything. she had an attitude from the door. my friend order her cookies, the woman didnt have no gloves on and her mouth was wide open with her tongue out. once my friend was finished ordering i proceeded to do my order and once again she didnt have no gloves and while shes taking her time getting the ice cream shes SLOBBING!

I really love this place and i go all the time..... but this was my first online order and i’m so disappointed. I ordered around 10:20 and my cookies didn’t come until 1. At around 11:45 i called to ask about my order and whoever was on the phone was so rude. I get it if it’s a busy night.... i work at a restaurant.... i get it. However, this isn’t very customer friendly.
