Why is it this bank and all others charge you $7 and up to cash a check written from there customers account? Mean while they need all your personal information including your social security number. Then they say . " If you open account with us there will be no charge to cash there check." Sounds like a reason to get every dime from you.. I guess it makes cents for them?I understand your frustration, Eileen. To avoid this fee you would need to deposit the check into a U.S. Bank account or into your external account. Customer feedback is used when updates are made to banking policies and procedures, so we appreciate the time you've taken to let us know this fee is upsetting to you. ^Kim

We have been using this bank now for 4 years and I love them! I’ve gotten to know the tellers and have never once had a bad experience with them.
