Not sure how this place got such a high rating. The owner is very rude and unprofessional. He yelled at me and hung up on me multiple times when I was just checking on my application. Doesn’t even look that nice kinda ghetto. Do not recommend!!

Nice managers keep the kids safe so if kids it is friendly definetly worth 5 stars vary hardworing managers who come and clean daily so definent 5 stars

Sorry, but no. We do standard RVs. Tiny house regulations are more like mobile homes. We don't want them. Best wishes.

Sorry but no. Rosa Vista and Villa Trailer Parks are extended stay RV parks. 400 sqft or less. We worked very hard, to rid our parks of mobile homes. Due to the unfriendly business climate of the state and too many regulations associated with mobile homes, we converted our parks to Rv only. Being a real estate broker as well, I suggest move up to lake county, or buy another one in a park and switch it out. Best of luck.

No, the park does not have a official website. Home & Vine realty does have a page for people who are interested in getting a application for a space at the park, as a courtesy .It is emailed in a PDF format. The park is monthly only.

Sites Range from $850 to $950 depending on the site. We take 2009 or newer Rvs. We are phasing out the older Rvs. We are currently full. Check back with us for openings.

Depending on site $850 to $950 a month plus Electric. 10 year old or newer RV. Water,sewer, garbage, storage shed parking for 2 cars are included.
