Long story short: My dad used these guys and raved about them even before we needed help after our A/C went down and could not be repaired......3 bids later (from local and reputable companies ranged from $23,000 to $44,000!). Totally insane!!! DC's Heating & Air is located 70 miles away so naturally I didn't think they could help. But after my dad raved about them I called and asked for an opinion about our bids, basically got a 4th second opinion :) Chad stepped up, told me I should not have to pay that much, was honest about the cost and in the end we paid barely HALF of the lowest bid - and got a better A/C unit.
