Exceptional place to live and call home!! The amenities are fabulous pool, jacuzzi, game room, lounge room, fitness center, and courtyard areas. Ideal location close to everything. The staff are phenomenal friendly, professional, always willing to help. Great property management as well. Highly recommend!

What a fantastic place! It's very, very clean, well managed, gated and secured, conveniently located and full of fantastic amenities! We take full advantage of the gym, pool, spa, recreation areas, the multiple seating-grilling-relaxing green areas, "community center" (With pool table, reading and working areas!) and others to many to remember. I especially appreciate how their representative, Zachary Ward, answered our many questions and concerns, took great care of our application AND moving process. We had to remain out of state while our household goods were delivered to Reata. Zach graciously offered to supervise the delivery of our goods in our new home! Reata has a community, yet "luxury hotel" feeling through the facility. They routinely sponsor food and social events and keep the residents informed of all that goes on. I can't say enough about this place; we absolutely love Reta and are thankful to Zach for taking care of us! Update: we have now resided in Reata for almost a year and continue to be very happy here. I would also like to thank the maintenance and cleaning staff for their fantastic work. There are two ladies in particular that work very hard keeping the common and recreation, barbecues, gym and pool areas clean and safe for all to enjoy. They are cheerful, and always happy to help. Thank you!

Moved my Mom earlier this month to Reata. I would like to give a big shout out to Zachary for being so accommodating with my many visits and questions leading up to her move-in date. Thank you again Zach for all the attention you gave us, it was very much appreciated. So far, all is great. The unit, the location, amenities, and the neighbors!

Where do I begin with this review about Reata Oakbrook... Mmm it should start with its leasing consultants Brook and Rachel! We were greeted with big smiles and professionalism. Brook took us around the property and all of its amazing amenities. We wanted to go back to the units we had seen a few times and Brook was nothing but patient with us. She was also very knowledgable and informative about everything. She always made an effort to be accurate with her information sharing which made us feel more comfortable and confident about renting with them. To me, many properties nowadays have state of the art amenities all over, what really sets a particular property apart are its people. During the whole tour, both Brook and Rachel made us feel so warmly and family-like. It was evident based on the way they interacted with the current tenants and knew them by name. Thanks Brook and Rachel! I've never looked forward to moving into a rental property as much and calling it my home. 10 Stars fosho! ----- 10/14/21. I officially moved into my new place today! I absolutely love this community, the convenience of the neighborhood (stores/restaurants/bakeries etc) all nearby. I especially appreciated the attentiveness of the Reata staff. The maintenance team is as good (if not better) as all I've heard in the past. Adrian leads his team with such professionalism, courtesy and efficiency. He and Ivan came by the first day and got one of my windows fixed up and re-installed within 30 mins. He also speaks in a very friendly and courteous manner without losing the professionalism. Love the place already and I look forward to enjoying every bit of this community! The best staff - Rachael, Brook, Adrian Ivan etc. Best regards, DJ

What is your pet policy?

We love pets and are a pet-friendly community! We accept up to two indoor pets per apartment. Dogs are restricted by breed throughout the property. Dogs up to 55 lbs. are allowed in all units though dogs over 55 lbs. are only allowed in 2nd floor units. Keep in mind that there are additional pet deposits, as well as a monthly pet rent. How do you deal with maintenance and emergency repairs?

Service requests can be made through the resident portal. After hours we have an emergency maintenance line which alerts our maintenance team on call.

A $40.00 application fee per applicant over the age of 18 is due at time of application and is non-refundable. Application and holding fee (which is applied to total move-in charges such as security deposit and rent) must be paid at time of application for an apartment to be reserved for you. Each apartment requires a holding fee of $400 (one bedroom) or $500 (two bedroom) at the time of application, and is non-refundable after 72 hours, unless applicant is denied. An applicant’s deposit may vary depending on income, employment, and credit history, which is based on the standards established through the approval system. Is parking included in rent?

Yes, one parking space is included in rent. Additional parking spaces (either in the parking garage or a single car private garage) may be rented at an additional charge on a first-come, first-served basis. No more than three (3) spaces per apartment are allowed.
