My insurance OK'd only for me to go in for an evaluation here. First, they're not too customer service oriented here. Office has a sign about everyone has to wear a face covering/mask except some customers get to walk in without having one and everyone looks the other way. Why have a sign if wearing a mask not enforced. Then, I finally saw the doctor who didn't even diagnose my skin issue and because of my insurance, she didn't spend much time looking at my issue. Doctor then walked out but let her assistant tell me if I wanted I could get a prescription to try a product which I could only get through doctor's vendor and not pharmacy. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

Worst experience ever. Came in for an emergency consult after months of dealing with a skin issue, for the doctor to barely look at me and tell me that "she didn't see anything wrong" (although I was clearly telling her there was something wrong). Invoiced me $200 for a 10min visit, after having taken 0 cultures, 0 samples, 0 information or prescribed anything that would help the problem. To this day she has never followed up, never reached out to my primary care doctor after telling me that "she would", and clearly overcharged me for having offered absolutely ZERO service.

This MD is the real deal. I’ve been working on the legal and admin side of the healthcare biz for 33 years. Met hundreds of docs and have been worked on by some of the best. Dr. Fleming is a solid talent. All business. And a great communicator. She has been my dermatologist for years. I would strongly recommend her to anyone.

Great visit ! Found this doctor on the UHC website. Her office is beautiful and her staff is fast and efficient ! The doctor is kind and straight forward . What I loved is that unlike other offices I’ve visited in the past I didn’t feel a huge up sell on other services. Rather , I was just kindly given options but zero pressure. Great experience !!!
