Michelle, the manager, was friendly, helpful and professional in getting us into a unit that fit our needs. She listened carefully to our concerns and found us a unit that was perfect. Any questions we had were answered in a comfortable and easy manner. Costs were explained in an easy to understand way. Our first two trips out there, she came out and greeted us and asked if we needed anything. She even found a flat bed cart to help us roll our things to our unit.A very pleasant and excellent experience at Extra Space Storage. Thank you, Michelle.
