Gym was great when they opened and now most of the treadmills are falling apart or just don't work 😫 most of the time no one refills the paper towel dispensers and the place is dirty!! Updated..the pics below are the cup holders on a treadmill 🤢 for $45 a month ..this shouldn't be a thing!

Gym equipment is well worn. A few broken machines. Lots of free weights and cardio machines to go around. Plenty to do. Pretty much the only place to go around town.

AWESOME fitness class instructors and great motivation! Very clean gym with knowledgeable staff and very good rates!! I have the pleasure of taking Becky Nelson's Zumba class (which I highly recommend!!) and she is such a great instructor. High energy and was able to get the group to push ourselves much harder than we normally would have. The best part is that the group was made up of all different skill levels and she makes everyone feel good about themselves. GREAT WORK CK FITNESS!!

**Update** The gym is now 24 hours for members with FOB access. Great gym! Well maintained and great atmosphere. It would be awesome if it was 24 hours with a fob.. but they still have pretty decent hours.

Yes classes for all ages
Monthly is $45 the first month because you have to buy your own key for $5 and then it's $40 dollars a month or if you buy more Time it gets cheaper because I pay $105 for 3 months and it keeps getting cheaper per month if you buy the 6 month and 12 month. I go with the 3 month fee of $105 and I have been going there for about a year now. It is a really good gym. They have everything from free weights to machine weights, a cardio room with ellipticals, treadmills and bicycles. They offer yoga classes and zumba.
