I normally get my D-E paint from the DIY store but decided to stop by this store as I had some Q. on a special paint for the exterior of my house. Was greeted by an amazing young lady Sam (Samantha) who was really knowledgeable about what I was looking for, got me exactly what I needed and more. Will definitely be back good location and exceptional service will definitely be back.

If I can give zero star I would. Save yourself time and go to another store. I called in this morning to ask about the difference between different product lines and which should I purchase. The lady who picked up the phone basically didn’t want to answer any question. She just kept telling me every product line is the same. She is not willing to explain any further and just want to hang up the phone! Wow, how great the customer service is! How helpful it is by telling clients all the products lines are the same. If they are the same, why do you invent so many different product lines? Just 1 product line is enough. Worst customer service ever.

Was just reading all the Bad reviews. These must be from people who just walk and expect to get their paint in 5 min. That's not how it works people......!! It takes time to mix paint. They just don't have the color you want on the shelf. And if it takes longer then you expected it's probably because there are other costumers ahead of you. Your not the only one with painting projects. The staff there are the best and totally go out of their way to make you happy.....!!
