Reliable and fast home internet for myself and family, especially when we need it working/ attending school from home. Straight forward and reasonable pricing with super nice staff. We tried to give business to the local companies and for being new customers our first bad experience started with the installation process. They have bad customer communications, after waiting the whole day for them, i spoke to the technician and when i expressed my concerns he reacted with bad attitude. We had to finish the work ourselves.
