Caesar was amazing! I walked in the door at 10:20 am and was greeted immediately by Caesar. From that point on I was in great hands. I needed a new phone. He was patient with my questions and found me the perfect replacement for my iPhone 6. He loaded everything for me on my new phone and Explained all of the features and what charges I could expect with the upgrade. He even agreed to let me run a few errands while the downloads and transfer from one phone to the next occurred. It was hands down the best customer service I have in a very long time.
