I took my new iphone in to the Napa store today and a nice young gentleman named Damian helped me get it all set up, and knew the answers to all my questions, plus gave me a lot of helpful hints. He was great! I highly recommend him.

This company is a joke & should be sued. They sell mobile with "annual upgrades" on devices, for a monthly fee. What a joke! When the time comes they'll tell you the only way to get that phone is by adding an unwanted/needing new line. The store claims they get no & have no new phones. They will not ship a new phone to local stores or your home. This company is so fake & I have the webchat.
