I was attended by Veronica. She was nice and she got my blood work done. It didn't hurt. Last time I came here I was attended by someone else it hurt really bad throughout my experience. So I'm thankful that Veronica did my blood work this time. I didn't feel pain throughout the whole experience unlike last time.

Went in and was not late for my appointment and it was treated as if I was a walk in anyways. The lady at the front desk had a rotten attitude. She asked if I had any paperwork. I said: βNo, all I have is my I.D. and my insurance card.β She then rudely, with an attitude, raises her voice and asks βAny paperwork?!β I said no. She then rudely asks: βWell then, how do we have anything for you?!β I said: βThey probably faxed it over, Iβm not sure, they didnβt tell me.β Also, no one told me I couldnβt eat, luckily I hadnβt yet. She proceeded to roll her eyes and huff her breath loudly. She is not the first rude front desk lady that Quest Diagnostics has had. Furthermore, I was left in Room #5 for a very long time before anyone showed up; when they did, that lady who poked me, poked me 3 times before she decided to have someone else do it. At the end, the rude lady at the front desk was suspiciously nice all of a sudden.

Winnie is the best!! The rest of staff is great as well. My last visit was 10/13/2020, during the covid19 time. I was given a beeper to wait in my truck until they were ready for my scheduled appointment. The whole process made me feel totally confident that I was protected as much as could be from the virus. Using the appointment scheduling via online is the best way to go. I've never experienced a wait longer than 15 minutes. Again I can't say enough about Winnie. She's been taking my blood for quite a few years now. She always gets it on the first try and during the procedure she always is making me feel good. Which at this time is a GREAT thing. I rate everything a 10 out of 10. From ease of scheduling, cleanliness, wait time and especially the experienced and friendly staff.

After today's experience I can understand not getting anyone to answer the phone. I'm normally in and out within 5mins. Today took an hour! And when I inquired why I was texted and name removed but not called I was told I was being helped (news to me since I was still in the waiting room). Good luck!
