I went for an oil change they open at 8AM today Saturday. I got there at 810AM. Didn't get out of there until 1030AM. They don't take appts. for oil changes. I gave them 2 stars because my vehicle was on the rack for almost 45 minutes. Then the guy didn't even turn off the reminder message that I needed an oil change. Or bother to put the little sticker on my windshield telling me the mileage and date.

Big O in clearlake is the only honest ,reliable , upfront auto maintenance shop I have come across around this whole lake . And I have tried out many places 😏

Denise and Pete Loustalot run an excellent shop. Year after year they have proven to me how conscious they are regarding safety and honesty. They treat their customers and staff very well. I would not take my vehicles anywhere else!
