My wife and I recently went to look at a used trailer. Only the owner was there. He did not do much to discuss details with us. He said his sales people were off. As a business owner my wife and I work for her father and he is the CEO and we ALL SALE! So that was weird to see... Trailer was pretty beat and they were asking a lot for it... Probably good for new buys not so much used... Had cash in hand ready to go but he wouldn't really haggle or work with us. Just a standard percent off everything. Anyways could have been a bad/off day for them... Their loss... $$

Recently I've been looking at purchasing a trailer so I decided to stop by this location to ask some questions. Downtown RV exceeded my expectations when it came to both knowledge and customer service. As soon as I stepped on property I was greeted by the salesman, Jesse, with a smile and a handshake. We talked for a while about wants vs needs and what the most practical solution would be. He took me inside many of the trailers on property so that I could get a feel for what the different floor plan options are. Every trailer was extremely clean and ready to be sold sight on scene. The service provided was both personable and professional, and when I do pull the trigger on purchasing a trailer, it will definitely be at Downtown RV.
