I have been to the store 4 times and my problem is still not resolved they keep telling me to come back in 48 hours. My phone was working fine until an update.. Customer service is not very good, llong wait lines.

All the one star reviews are from complete morons. Love Xfinity and have never had an issues with customer service as i know to stay on top of my promotion end date and contact Xfinity through chat for a new promotion. Comcast has to be the best company i’ve been with. At&t and DirecTV are the WORST when it comes to deals and internet connectivity in general. Would definitely (and have) recommend Xfinity to friends and family.

I picked up my equipment here a year and a half ago and it was a fairly easy process to get TV & internet. My experience with Xfinity declined from here. Your bill will be riddled with fees which mysteriously rise month after month. Don’t worry the miscellaneous fees they made up are included, but your internet/ TV box rentals are not. Basically everything you thought would be included in your bill is an additional “Fee”. Forget about calling, just use the app or website they’ll tell you. These are no more than a labyrinth of irrelevant info and feedback loops pushing you towards spending more $ for incremental services. There is no way to cancel your services online once you get tired of all the headaches above, and you may be forced to call or visit their store in person. I may still be there waiting. Run away folks, run!

While the store is exceptionally clean the waiting area leaves something to be desired. A father with an infant baby (as well as a few other people) were left to squat on the floor near the door for an extended period of time while waiting to be served. I do realize that we are in the midst of a pandemic the organization at this location needs work. Upon arrival, during the week the store opens later than other business leaving you waiting outside with two lines and no clear direction as to which line to stand in. Sadly I was waiting to return equipment and pickup a cable cord, I was in the wrong line and had lost my place in the order of arrival leaving me to wait behind people who arrived 15-20 minutes after myself. After which I waited an additional 25-30 minutes to be helped. The lady Cheryl who checked people in was very kind (seemingly a bit stressed and inundated with questions) handled it very well. While the pregnant woman who served me was very rude being short extremely curt with me (in my opinion; this is just a job for her and she doesn't belong in customer service), she helped another customer when she was supposed to be helping me, they should have waited their turn as I did. I was able to return my equipment and get an additional cable cord without the piece that would allow me to connect the two cords together. My trip to the store was useless as I needed to go back the next day. This was not the first nor was it my only time I had received poor customer service at Comcast/Xfinity in the 30+ years I have been a customer; and do not recommend this store or this service to anyone. I am currently seeking another provider due to poor customer service and extremely high prices.

It's very demeaning trying to talk to a machine I think it's very disrespectful from machine to be calling my home or my cell phone and then have the nerve to try to answer you as a machine totally disrespectful so just keep having agent agent agent

My experience with Xfinity support locally has been 100% positive, even when I call the support line. Installing a modem is one of the things they will make an appointment for a tech to come onsite -- if you need it!
I don't understand the question call Xfinity set up an appointment and then install within a week or maybe even the next day I don't work for Xfinity but call Xfinity they know

Yes you can, they have a bin near the entrance to drop off your old one and the counter should help you get a new one.
If you purchased a router for your home from the X finite store they will have a record of it. They should have recorded the serial number. Try calling the 1 800 number for Xfinity and talk with a tech. They should be able to walk you through it over the phone. Good luck.
