Quite some neighbors nosey rent not bad compared to other parks in area

No manager in the park, the new owner doesn’t care. He won’t open the pool for residents. The new owner doesn’t seem to care about residents. He is only interested in money. He loves to increase the rent. People are fed up and many are looking for different places to live. This used to be the absolute best place to live….not any more.

What is the monthly space rent, does it include utilities, and what amenities are in the park? I have tried calling multiple times, and cant get through.
