Great place to hike with pets. Many different trails are available with varied difficulty levels. But all of them seems easy, though. We sighted Mountain Lion just across the stream. It was majestic. So many different birds visit the location too. You will enjoy with friends and kids of all ages.

Enjoyed our day trip to this park. Great hiking, biking and horse back trails. Dog Friendly.

440ft from parking lot to the lake.. parking gets hectic so I suggest venturing by 11 am for best option.. not exactly stroller friendly but bring the whole family for great exercise and a breath-taking picturesque scene as a rewardπ₯³

Nature is everywhere here. From one end to the other. Has flushing toilets; bring a few dollars for the toilet paper fund donations if you'd like to help out. Don't forget water, binoculars, a camera or use your phones camera, a sweatshirt and maybe a picnic or snacks. You might see...Great Blue Herring, Woodpeckers, Deer, Cattle, Polywogs (during Spring), Snakes, birds, fish, other creatures or a neighboring fella mending a fence at a near by vineyard. Also, there is a paved trail and dirt trails. Keep in mind that bicycles come on the path occasionally.

Absolutely! Go towards the back of the park in to the trail surrounded by sycamore trees. White and grey trunks are lovely next to the fall leaves. If you will continue to the top, you will see oaks, but it'll be quite windy there.
