Where are you seeing this Safeway liquor? And they do sell alcohol. Beer and wine is considered alcohol.

They most certainly do! Customer service hours are less than the store hours though, so double check their specific customer service hours prior to making the trip!

I'm almost positive that they'll deliver anything from their stores. Except perhaps prescriptions.
