My fries were luke warm and chewy but my crispy chicken sandwich was hot and tasty. Made me late for work. Short staffed. Waited 23 minutes from start to finish.

If other employees would take their job seriously and be a good honest worker like Scott the manager there, I'd go more than just the once a month for breakfast. Other than that, I've had horrible experiences. It also is ridiculous that Monongahela has the non-dispute agreement that doesn't allow other large chain restaurants like Wendy's or Arby's come in. Fact check that yourself if you are too dense to not believe it.

I'm sorry, but when you order a deluxe chicken sandwich to go and arrive home with a chicken sandwich with 2 dill pickle slices and no toppings or condiments..well it's a disappointment. As for being " crispy", that too was a misnomer. The customer agents were friendly tho lol.
