So I just moved to Mon City about 4 months ago from out of state and have had a lot of troubles since I've been in Pennsylvania with getting a place. I've been in Mon City for about a month now and have grown to really love this sheets here everybody's usually so nice except for tonight the manager was kind of rude but Kenzie and Pat really went above and beyond to help me. They absolutely deserve some sort of recognition for Superior customer service. Nowadays it's hard to find any employee to be friendly let alone to go out of their way for you. Pat and Kenzie you guys have raised the bar for every employee at Sheetz in my opinion.Now they should all be as great as you guys are you guys saved a customer cuz the way the manager was tonight I wasn't going to come back. Thank you from the bottom of my heart thank you

This Sheetz is one of the better ones in terms of order accuracy and it has a drive thru which is great. The flipside of the drive thru is when people go through it and order $20-30 worth of made to order food, the wait time gets extremely long, like 20 minutes or more. I've driven away a few times and just abandoned small cheap orders. Ahh, such is life now that we must social distance. This is still my favorite Sheetz and I'll continue to frequent it.

If I could go negative I would. Food is ALWAYS wrong. They made the "business" decision to not drop the price of gas at this station not ONE penny during this pandemic. At least the cashiers are always friendly.
