The wait for help at the registers in back ,for guns etc.,was far too long. Was # 75 , they were on #72 and we waited an hour. Also they're always trying to upsale you. Other than that they're very knowledgeable and polite. Expensive now.

Today my brother in law and I stopped in to purchase ammo and my god… Nick should be fired! Seriously, he carries the absolute biggest chip on his shoulder. There wasn’t a single second that he didn’t treat us like we were the most inconveniencing human beings. He would rather be in his grandmas basement playing video games, and it shows! He asks my brother in law what his ethnicity was (he is Hmong) and Nick says he can’t assume his ethnicity but when it came time to enter my info into the system he never once asked my ethnicity (white), therefore ASSUMING my ethnicity… but I thought he can’t assume? I accidentally signed in the wrong box on one of the forms and he acted entirely disgusted that he had to reprint the form. Never once did he nicely set anything down on the counter either… whether is was a piece of paper or the ammo, he slammed everything down and the last time he did it, he slammed 400 rounds of ammo on my fingers. Again, this kid needs to go and he needs to go NOW! Im appalled and extremely disappointed in the customer service we received from Nick today. So future customers… BEWARE and if the name tag reads “Nick” just run while you can!

Went in for a PPT of a long rifle. Person at the desk did not understand the rules of the State. Forced me to take a firearm safety test, and pay for it, when I have an Active Duty military ID which is an approved exemption from taking the test. PPT took over 2 hours to complete, not counting the time for taking the test (spent almost three hours doing the PPT and test). When I returned to pick up the rifle when they opened, I was first in line but stood at the desk for over 30 minutes while six different gun counter employees walked passed me to stock shelves. Bottom line: Their hours of operation support working people better than most gun counters, but I do intend to use their services in the future. Terrible customer service. Update to owner's response: Do something! You have a huge number of complaints against the gun counter but have obviously done nothing. Call your phone number? Send you an email? No. YOU take action. Reply when you make real changes to your service. Downgrading you from 2 stars to 1.

Horrible customer service in the fishing department. Went inside because I wanted to purchase a bunch of fishing tackle. I asked some questions about some tackle that I already knew the answers to just to test their knowledge about fishing. These guys were a bunch of clowns they did not know anything about fishing and on top of that they had major attitudes like they were being bothered. My suggestion to management is to hire more people and hire people that actually fish not some posers. I ended up walking out. You guys will lose a lot of business because of it. I will be taking my business elsewhere where they actually know what they’re talking about.
