Rude at best Employee!! Jenn needs some training on how to be polite to the customers shopping in this store you might let her know that is why she has a job. Might let her know too she should count back change to customers so they dont have to stand and count back the money she rudely put in their hand

Great customer service! Even with one cashier the wait was not bad. As always quality is what this store is about when it comes to most of the products here. Smaller store than the Rocklin store I'm use to. My only complaint is not as many sales racks but they have a big selection of boots thus the name.

I went to this store last Friday (1/29/21) and it was my first time ever buying a pair of boots. I was using some gift cards and also looking for something to wear to a barn wedding I’m going to. Jenn, was amazing and helped me pick everything out. She was attentive, super sweet, and knowledgeable on the products. I will definitely be returning to this store to buy another pair of boot cut jeans.
