Kids had so much fun here for hours, went twice this week. Weekend are extremely busy and they have parties going on so expect to only have kids play in one area. It's alot better to go during the week. Knocked off one start because their bathroom are extremely messy and smell pretty bad. Other than that great place for kids to play indoors

Really organized staff and very kind. Everyone is pretty cool. Parents here are pretty relaxed. Keep an eye on your kids, as they'll get lost easily, but everything is set up for you to easily watch them. The staff is there to run a business, not to be parents to your kids, so treat them well, and you might get extra time for your courtesy. It'll go a long way. If they're late, it's probably for a good reason. You get what you pay for, and if you want something cheap, head over to the rat (Chuck-e-Cheese). Otherwise, the staff will take care of your birthday like their own if you go with them. Support local business.

Awesome place for a great price per kid for hours of endless fun! Soft play and slides and ball pits for days!

While I will say that my girls ( almost 2 and 6) love this place, I was really disappointed the last time we went. The first time was on a week day and everything seemed clean, wasn't overly crowded and everything was open to the kids. Took them on a weekend and not only had they raised the price, but at no point did I see anyone that worked there walking around wiping things down, making sure kids were following rules ( like not climbing up the big slides causing the little children to get hurt) and I don't remember seeing SO MUCH torn, ripped or broken equipment! The 2 pictures I included is just a fraction of what I saw. Some items seemed really dangerous though! And the teenagers that work there don't really seem to know what is going on or care. And to top it off after paying MORE money, the most fun area was closed for back to back birthday parties and hundreds of kids were crammed in the other 2 areas. It was just crazy how different both experiences were and only 2 months apart. We thought about having our daughters birthday here but it's not worth how expensive it is. Not to mention both my kids got sick after going and our entire house got to deal with being sick for weeks! Super disappointed, probably won't go again.

As of today 2/5/22, price was $14 per kid and 1 adult is free.
Depends on how many kids you plan on having. My friend had about 25 kids for about 2.5 hours she payed around 400 dollars
The owners and staff of this place is always rude! That is not the first time I hear about it and it happened to me as well. Never coming back to this place ! They are rude to the parents and the kids.
If the extra parent doesn’t play they are free. If they want to play it is full cost another $15 I believe.
15 months to 12 years of age.
Yes they are open... friend of the owner
Their is a little area designated for babies but older kids can get in there with no problems, you gotta stay with your baby at all times though. They also do not let you take your own baby’s snack. The staff is also extremely rude. If I were you I would give title kingdom, busy kids or luv2play a try before giving this place a try.
$9 / child. Adults get in at no cost. Children under 2 accompanied by another child are free! But if you only bring one child under 2, the fee is then $9 as well. Party fees vary.
Yes it is 9 in Rancho cordova location 7.00 at the Roseville location maybe because it is half the size
It says no food or drinks but I sometimes bring in water and snacks.
