This company is amazing! Everything from the initial phone call to the completed project. Highly recommend (as good as it gets). Removed 20 year old wood fence around large yard and installed new one in two days. Installers were professional, extremely hard working, and generally awesome. Love the way it looks.

My experience with Classic Fence Co was nothing short of excellent from my first interaction until my last. I met with Chris, who walked the property, showed me pics, listened to what I was hoping to achieve. He was always a part of the entire process. He’s a personable guy, responsive and prompt, creative, and he knows fences! The building of the fences was done by Sy and Gilbert. Happy guys who did impeccable work. I am a very particular person with a keen eye. Their workmanship impressed me tremendously. I have done a lot of remodeling, etc and had numerous workers on my property. I have never had such a smooth experience on a project before. The design of the fence is a work of art and these two put it together perfectly! There were no shortcuts taken, from the quality of the wood to the application of the trim, I notice all the detail and to see such impeccable workmanship truly exceeded my expectation. I could not be any happier!

Classic Fence Company did a fantastic job replacing our fence and 58 foot retaining wall. Chris came out to do the estimate. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to us going into detail with our retaining wall. Edgar's team showed up on time and worked very hard (especially in the heat) and did an excellent job. We are so pleased with the quality of work and wood. We will definitely recommend them.

Don't look any further when it comes to fence companies in Sacramento! They use top quality, locally sourced lumber and are professionals at what they do. Do not go with one of the big box home improvement stores who use low quality lumber and will charge you just as much or more. Tom was honest, amazing to work with and didn't over promise. I was absolutely stunned at how quickly Leo and Efron had my old fence down and the new fence up! These guys are experts at what they do. My fence looks amazing and I will definitely be using them again to replace my side fence when it's ready. You won't be disappointed in their work!

Yes, on our website you can find a ‘Recent Projects’ tab that will show images of some of our work. You can also find this page at https://classicfenceco.com/recent-projects/. Please give our office a call at (916) 330-1144 if you have any further questions.
We’re a locally owned company who has repeatedly produced the best fences in the greater Sacramento area. If you don’t believe us, just check out our reviews here. Our fencing contractors are experienced at installing a variety of materials and styles. We pride ourselves in delivering on time and within your budget. Please give us a call at (916) 330-1144 if you have any further questions. We would love to help you with your fencing project.
Our fence contractors can typically be reached by phone, email or through our company website. It is important for the fencing contractor to do a site visit to give an accurate written estimate including the cost and time frame of the job. Get as specific a quote as you can, identifying what materials will be used and the fence style that is to be built. When comparing quotes, you want to make sure you’re comparing the same items. For example, two companies may say kickboard, but one may be a 1×12 grassboard while the other may be a 2×12 pressure treated douglas fir kickboard.
Fence installation is typically performed by crews of 2-3 people. Confirm with your fencing contractor what time the installation will start and whether or not you should be home. If you are unable to be home, the contractor will want an easy way to contact you should they have questions. As a precaution, you will want to know if your contractor employs sub-contractors, and if so, does the contractors insurance cover them.
Your contractor is legally obligated to provide you with a written contract before work starts. The contract should provide the specifics of the work to be done, the approximate timeline, payment terms and approximate total cost. Confirm the price includes materials, labor and tax, as well as any special charges incurred. Also make sure the contract states who is responsible for removing the old fence and cleanup of your property when the job is done. Most reputable companies (like us) will make sure to clean up to the best of their ability.
There are a number of fence post available, but the installation usually starts with digging a hole. Your fencing contractor should specify what kind of posts are used, how deep into the ground are they set, and how far apart the posts will be set. At Classic Fence Co. we set our posts in concrete at least 2 feet deep when possible. Generally, posts are set about 8 feet apart, but can vary drastically depending on material and fence style.
At Classic Fence Co. we mark the proposed fence line and call USA North (811). If deemed appropriate, your fencing contractor should handle the process for you.
First and foremost, you want to make sure the company you hire is licensed, insured and bonded. That means they are qualified to do the job and are covered in case of accident or injury. Furthermore a licensed fencing contractor has passed the appropriate state tests for fence installation. All of our contractors at Classic Fence Co. are bonded & insured.
