Good Karma

I stood in the middle of the cosmetics department for 15 minutes and watched sales associates walk right by me. I asked for assistance, got ignored. Watched one sales associate carry on an entire personal conversation while intentionally side eyeing me. After 15 minutes, one person bothered to finally walk over and ask if I needed assistance. I ended up going to Sephora where I was greeted right away and helped with my purchase. I will never come to this Nordstrom’s again.

Great restaurant. The food is fresh. The chicken sandwich and caesar salad are delicious. We went last week and shared two meals. The kitchen (or waitress) split the portions for us and gave us our portions on separate plates without us having to ask. It was a pleasant experience.
