Riddle Hospital Emergency Room

I would give a 0 out of 5, but they do not give that option here. Like the previous poster…avoid this ER if possible. Without going into details…just go to Chester County (PENN) or Crozer. I am extremely disappointed with Riddle given the fact that my MLH pcp is excellent. 4 years ago, I gave birth to my daughter here..great nurses..great experience. I am not sure why but A LOT has changed. We received negativity from check in. The triage nurse was very dismissive and was very unprofessional. Needless to say, I left AMA and will never go back to that ER unless I have no choice. We were taken seriously at Penn and treated with compassion.

Staff is rude and unprofessional! Loveland is checked me in the ER with such a horrible demeanor and tone. I asked security alone with other workers I came across and no one was able to assist me. I finally got ahold of management and verbally reported and as I was doing so she come us behind her rude and obnoxious and made a statement that she was going to stay there so she won’t get lied on . Again very unprofessional and I thought I”ll share my review so the next patient wouldn’t dare experience what I have. I wouldn’t care if I was in the middle of a asthma attack I will never go back .

Definitely would never go back here or send anyone I know to this ER. The doctor directly admitted to me that he prescribed aspirin to me in error because he got my chart confused with the previous patient in my room and erroneously thought I was having a heart attack. This was only after the nurse called him out on it. After getting discharged, I was given someone else's CT results. I need a doctor and facility to be more reliable than that when it comes to my health.

My family member went to the ER with a history, signs and symptoms of a disease he is struggling with. He was discharged with a diagnosis of headache and I did not even get a follow up call from the nurse. His blood work was not done …
