This store staff was rude and unhelpful. If you are traveling through Bend and unable to print your own label, don't expect helpful service at this store. It costs 19c at Staples to print, here it costs $2.99 for a single page - and then their printer had no paper in it. Their excuse was that they were a business, even though they get millions $ through Amazon's success.

I had a PO Box in this store for several years. It’s the closest to my home of 22 years. I do all my business there. Send message me sent me a certified letter to the old address. The store signed for it and accepted it. Without calling me, all my information was on their computer, they just returned it immediately.. HUGE PITA! That’s it just the facts. PS. Manager recognized me and completely ignored the situation. Thanks for your time.

Sent a large craftsman steel tool chest about 10 months ago on a pallet. My tool chest (which was a graduation present from my father) arrived dented, scratched, and had a heavy-duty steel caster ripped out of its mountings and set in a drawer. Most of the boxes had holes in them from god knows what. I called them to tell them what had happened and sent pictures (shown below). They told me that their insurance has a $500 deductible (on a $300 tool chest) but they were working on it. 10 months later and I've heard nothing about it, no call backs despite telling me they would, and they haven't even offered to pay for a replacement. Very rarely do I write bad reviews, but this is an example in terrible customer service. I trusted them with something special to me, and not only did they destroy it on the process, but then didn't call or anything and probably hoped that I'd just forget or something.
